But locally client was able to connect to plex container so it could fetch content meta. At boot my DNS entries are not valid and therefore plex container couldnt connect to and stream. Plex suddenly wont play anything - server to slow to convert video After deeper look it occured that docker containers are taking dns settings at start and further changes to /etc/nf are not taken into consideration.
